Prior to the ultimate launching of our most anticipated Chain Concept, Airellis Esthetics And Wellness Studio, the first batch salon owners were recently well- equipped with all the Airellis Product Knowledge and Training by Lexwel Management Team with strong collaboration from a team of Professionals from its HQ. The response received was overwhelming as more than 30 salon owners signed up for the 4 Days 3 Nights Training. During the Intensive Training, the newly appointed salon owners were exposed with all the first-hand info on Airellis Product Know-how and Salon Operational Guidelines as well as Network Development Strategy, all in all constitutes to Airellis’ competitive drive. Unlike other typical skin care salons, Airellis salon owners will be trained by a professional team which has been pioneering the health and beauty industry for more than two decades. Product proficiency is the key focus to ensure professionalism, which make Airellis so distinctive. Airellis Product Training was conducted by Micheal Wey, who is well-known for his magical pair of hands, which can put you into dreamland in seconds while performing facial therapy. Micheal has never failed to keep everybody in spellbound whenever he is in action. Together with his assistant and also Airellis’ Senior Beauty Trainer, Cyndi Ng, they managed to pull out a great collaboration. Also present were, our CEO YK Lim, our GMs Lawrence Chang and YA Tan and our guest speaker on customer service, Laura Siau from EIG. It was indeed an edifying and yet enjoyable experience for those who attended the training as they never failed to show great enthusiasm despite the exhaustion.
