Chinese New Year has always been a joyous celebration among the Chinese. Lexwel International invited all its partners and friends to celebrate this unforgettable occasion to welcome the Year of the Dog.
Guests started to flood the dining hall from 6pm onwards, bringing along their family members, friends and loved ones. Their presence have added great joy and warmness to the atmosphere.
A lucky draw was carried out to attract early birds to the dinner. During the KL Dinner, the crew from Lexwel International presented a special performance, hoping to bring good luck and prosperity to all the guests in the year of Fire Dog.
Delicious dishes were served while the karaoke contestants were preparing excitedly for their performances later. The top three winners from different regions gathered at the KL Dinner. The champion stands the chance to win a trophy and RM300 cash. The wonderful and incredible performances by the contestants managed to draw full attention from the audience as they received a loud applause.
As for the Dinner in Ipoh , 25 kids took part in the karaoke contest, and were all well dressed up in very creative and colorful costumes. Some of them impersonated Justice Pao, God of Wealth and the Matchmaker. Their performances were truly impressive and our guests were so amazed by their professionalism!
Of course, we would not miss out the exciting “Win Cash Games”! During the dinner in Ipoh , 6 people participated in the “Eat the Mandarin Orange” competition. Lexwel International allocated RM120 for the winner. However the winner only managed to take home RM90. As for the dinner in KL, a “Treasure Hunt” was organized, whereby 6 players were excitedly searching for the ‘6 treasures' with some help from the audience. The atmosphere was filled with great exhilaration and excitement that evening as the participants played along hilariously.
Sharing was another remarkable session for those who wanted to share their experiences. They expressed their true emotions during the dinner, they showed their gratitude to the company, congratulated everyone in the dinner, sent blessing to the families and conveyed new year wishes. The sincere sharing touched the hearts of many that evening.
The Best Dress Award was given out exclusively during the KL dinner. The applause from guests was the key indicator in deciding who could qualify for the Best Dress.
As the dinner was approaching the end, everyone started to get nervous as they were wondering who will be the Lucky Star that walks away with the 29” TV. A lucky guy and girl from Ipoh and KL successfully won the 29” TV witnessed by many greened-eyed guests! Well, as for the other guests who were not that lucky, you could try your luck next year in our next Chinese New Year Gathering, who knows, you could be the next Lucky Star!
